| The basic scenario of Voices Heard platform is to involve in receipt, processing, and response to incoming questions from Voices Heard users. User can vote and comments to the questions/answers. |

Basic user of the system should be Fan and other users are Experts, Players, Coaches etc.
Fan user can only ask question to any user, organization or live event, view his questions.
Question asked by the fans to players or coaches can be answered by the player or coaches or by the Expert of that organization (Sports Team). |

| |
| Organization can be a sports team or political party, User can view organization profile, players of team, and questions & answers etc. |

| Persons |
| |
| Persons are fans, players, politicians, experts and coaches. Each person has its own profile to view his questions/answers, blogs and comments. |

| Events |
| |
| Event in voices heard will be match between two teams e.g. Miami vs Dallas. Sub Events are half times, 1st half , 2nd half of football match. Events are past events, live events and future events. |

| Questions can be asked to persons, organizations or events. Two or more questions should be correlate if they are asked to same event, organization, person and have same context. This correlation should be on the basis of different factors i.e. time, relevancy score etc by integration of java based lucene search engine. |

| Shout Box |
| |
| Users of VHM can post their short comments to any live event using shout box. Shout box is just like a chat window for specific live event. |

| SMS Integration |
| |
| Users can ask questions through sms and will be answered by sms. Integration of third pary sms server is required to do this job. |

| Email |
| |
| If users ask question by using their email account to the particular organization then it should be received and processed properly in the system and response back in the same way. |

| Response |
| |
| When a question is answered by the experts then response should be send to all relevant question’s owner by sms or email according to setting of their communication preferences. |
