IRP is an international NGO in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. Registered with the Charity Commission for England & Wales , member of the British Overseas NGOs for Development ( BOND ) ( UK Platform of the Liaison Committee of Development NGOs to the European Union ) a signatory to the Code of Conduct for the International Red Cross & Red Crescent movement NGOs in Disaster Relief and People in Aid, member of the Disaster Emergency Committee ( DEC ) of the United Kingdom Islamic Relief Started working in Pakistan in 1992 and was registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee under Section 42 of the Company Ordinance , 1984.

Islamic Relief Pakistan ( IRP ) is operational in Pakistan to achieve sustainable social and economic development in collaboration with the local communities , government and other partner organizations. This integrated participatory approach generates greater ownership of the programmes. Islamic Relief Pakistan ( IRP )   has its offices all over in Pakistan including Head Office in Islamabad.

 
Solution Provided
 
PiSigma provided a complete Human Resource Management System (HRWiz) to Islamic Relief Pakistan (IRP) which is helping IRP for managing all the sub offices from the main Head Office in Islamabd . HRWiz is a web based application which provides Management Console to the IRP Management as well as Employee console to all the employees to access the system globally. HRWiz is a complete, automated and flexible system to handle all the administrative as well as reporting activities from a centralized location. Employees database, Online Hiring System, Leave Management System, Appraisal System and Managerial Reports are the main modules of this Human Resource Application by PiSIgma Technologies. Further an automated Finance Module is also the part of solution as provided by PiSigma Technologies to take care of all the Finance and Accounts related activities.
